Advocating for CNM-Inclusive Therapy Directories - One way to remove the barrier to culturally competent healthcare is to help people engaged in CNM identify medical and mental health providers that are affirming of diverse relationships and sexualities. Our letters to APA Psychologist Locator and Psychology Today requesting additional searchable categories for Consensual Non-monogamies/Open Relationships and Kink/Diverse Sexualities prompted them to update their directories to improve clients’ ability to find CNM and kink-affirming therapists.
